Dr. Lim graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science. She later discovered a passion in the field of Periodontics and implant dentistry and returned to further her education, qualifying with a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry. She is registered as a Specialist Periodontist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.

Dr. Lim holds continuing education and collegiality in high regard. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in General Dental Practice and a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists. Her research interests include soft tissue grafting and its effects around implants. She takes an active role teaching the Doctor of Dental Surgery students at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne and is a casual examiner for The Melbourne Dental School.

Dr. Lim is fluent in both English and Mandarin. In her spare time, she enjoys honing her musical ability, dressmaking and creating elaborate confections.
